Set up at the backdrop of the modern day Indian Political Scenario, in present times, The Film draws an analogy between its protagonist «Pharsa» and «Lord Parshuraam», who in the «Satt Yuga» had avenged the murder of his father and «kaam Denu Gaaye» by slaying their Murderer King «Kartavya Arjun»
