Set in the heart of gentrification in Northeast La, Eagle Rock. Our story follows a Latino filmmaker, a local woman artist duo, and an immigrating Caucasian artist new to Eagle Rock. When new and local artists compete to win a shot at representing Eagle Rock, the neighborhood is torn in pieces.
