The Outsiders

The Outsiders is an intimate and moving documentary filled with unexpected moments of humor and pathos. Due to their unregistered status as internal migrants, 9 year old Shi Tianbao and his friends are destined to be the outsiders of Chinese society. They can't do anything to change that reality but they found hope one summer in the unlikely form of Shakespeare's plays.
